Anyway, it took > 8 weeks for me to receive the above vouchers. Basically, TNS is MySurvey sister company. That could be the reason for the delay. I wrote 2x to MySurvey customer service - Irene to highlight the delay...Unfortunately, the respond was poor and not up to expectation...
